Environment For the considerations of you and other guests, we ask that you turn off your cellphones and speak softly inside the facility.
Service Period Please let us know how we can improve your massage experience. We can adjust the massage pressure, area of focus, music, etc. All of our massages are professional and 100% legitimate. If one of our professional massage therapists feels threatened or uncomfortable in any way with a situation, they can and will end your appointment immediately; you will be asked to leave the premises, and a refund will not be issued.
Please remove your jewelries, and leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Arrive And Late:
We ask you to please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure your full allotted time. Please remember that your session time includes undressing and redressing as well as professional consultation and recommendation from your therapist. If you happen to be running late, please call(408) 300 1561.to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, the full amount will be charged, and the full session time is not guaranteed.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24-hour notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% your service. No-shows: will be charged 100% of service.
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We must have a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointments.
Gift cards can only be used at the studio where they were purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value and unless stated do not include gratuity. Gift cards must be presented at time of appointment, otherwise the full session amount will be due.
Member sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. Sessions cannot be split to pay for upgrades. If form of payment declines for the month, all accumulated sessions will expire, and upcoming appointments will be canceled, until we receive updated payment information. (A two (2) day grace period will be allowed for members to update their payment information).
